Jesse Bordwin serves as the Chief Experience Officer at the EDCJCC, where he leads the extraordinary team that manages all programming, creates opportunities to expand and deepen the community, and shapes the strategic direction of the organization. Before joining the EDCJCC, Jesse was a Manager in Bain & Company’s DC office and a Professor of English Language and Literature at the University of Virginia, and in these and other roles, he has distinguished himself as someone committed to building programs, culture, and communities that enlarge and endure. Jesse now lives in the Petworth neighborhood of DC with his fiancé Gwendolyn, and outside of work he’s an avid banjo player, chef, board game enthusiast, film-goer, and hiker.
