Zumba Gold is designed for seniors, beginners, or anyone who appreciates low impact exercise and loves to move to music! Participants will enjoy all the rhythms of Zumba at their own level. Please feel welcome to sit and enjoy the music while enjoying your JCC community. This class will be taught by Dena Katz, certified Zumba instructor and EDCJCC Fitness Director.
