Join the Youth Action Institute on Good Deeds Day for a trip to Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home where we will visit the residents to bring them companionship and cheer. We will put together small care packages for the residents, then run a game of BINGO or visit bed-bound residents one-on-one. This project is eligible for 3 SSL hours.

Join the Youth Action Institute on Good Deeds Day for a trip to Stoddard Baptist Nursing Home where we will visit the residents to bring them companionship and cheer. We will start the program at the JCC with a short orientation and to put together small care packages for the residents we will be visiting. Then, we will board the bus and head over to the nursing home where half of the group will run a game of BINGO and the other half will visit bed-bound residents one-on-one.

We will have light snacks on the bus but encourage you to eat lunch before coming. Participants will be able to earn 3 SSL hours.
