Chef, writer, and cooking instructor Susan Barocas is passionate about healthy, no-waste cooking and Jewish food, especially Sephardic history, culture, and cuisines. She is co-founder/co-director of the innovative project Savor: A Sephardic Music & Food Experience (savorexperience.com). Founding director of the Jewish Food Experience, Susan has cooked and taught all over the world and served as guest chef for three Passover seders in the Obama White House.
