Inclusion Programs: Programming for individuals with Disabilities

The EDCJCC has started a new initiative to provide programming for individuals with disabilities with varying degrees of disabilities. We will provide programming for all ages including but not limited to adults, teens, young adults, and elementary age children.  The EDCJCC strives to provide programming in the areas of social opportunity, a theater class, community service projects, and fitness classes. We would like to expand to include workshops, cooking classes, social skills classes, swimming classes, and much more. In addition, the EDCJCC will provide a more inclusive environment for our existing programs.

For information and details regarding accessibility and accommodations, or to learn more about opportunities to volunteer at the EDCJCC to help support the development of independent life skills, please contact Stacey Herman at staceyh@edcjcc.org or 202-777-3276.
